We here at Niagara Kraze love what we do.  The smiles and laughter that regularly fills our facility makes it all worthwhile.  And we know that none of this is possible without each and every one of our loyal customers.  That’s why each and every year we look forward to our Customer Appreciation Days which we call our Summer Fun Series!  To celebrate, we set out each year to do something special for all the wonderful families that come out and support us each and every year.

During every Pop-Up Open Gym Play session in July and August, not only will every kiddo experience the same fun and excitement they always do at Kraze, but they will all get to play a great interactive game with us and leave with an awesome prize! Our Customer Appreciation Summer Fun Series is not just for the kiddos!  We’re doing our biggest giveaway ever……a FREE Bronze Private Event valued at almost $400!!!!!  Here’s how it works:

• BOOK YOUR PRIVATE EVENT – Starting June 1, 2026, and running through August 31, 2026, any Private Event booked and scheduled to take place between June 1, 2026 and December 31,2026 will receive an entry into the drawing. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The viability of this contest depends on the number of bookings we receive during the promotional time period between June1, 2026 and August 31, 2026.  If we do not receive enough bookings/entries to cover the cost of the prize (as determined solely by Niagara Kraze), we reserve the right change or alter the prize.

 

• The value of this prize is not to exceed $399.  While all Party Packages will be entered into the drawing, only the first $399 will be applied to the free event contest.  Therefore, more expensive Party Packages, any food, additional guests over the included 40 people, and Interactive Game add-ons, etc. will still be charged at our normal rates.

 

• You are allowed to book as many Private Events through the end of the year as you would like.  We know there are many customers out there that book multiple events during the year with us so each Private Event booked will add another entry into the drawing for an additional chance to win!
